In celebration of Michael Tilson Thomas' 80th birthday, PENTATONE honors his work as a composer with a deluxe collection of CDs and digital recordings. This album is released on October 4, available as 4-CD boxset and for streaming and high-resolution downloads.

Titled Grace: The Music of Michael Tilson Thomas, this collection spans more than five decades of MTT’s music, featuring 18 works. From premiere recordings produced exclusively for this collection, to remastered archival performances and previously released recordings from artists and other labels, the deluxe collection also includes an extensive booklet containing composer’s notes, original essays, and a timeline of archival photos.

All proceeds from this project will be donated to the Brain Tumor Center at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), in heartfelt recognition of the care that Tilson Thomas is receiving for glioblastoma.
