On Saturday November 20, world-renowned pianist Angela Hewitt will perform the world premiere of Fantasia on BACH by Yehudi Wyner. The concert at Wigmore Hall pairs works by Bach with six new works commissioned by the Wigmore Hall. Throughout its 110-year history, the Hall has witnessed the premières of new works by Elgar, Finzi, Stravinsky, Britten and Tippett, among others, and this tradition continues in this series, which features new works by Brett Dean, Elena Kats-Chernin, Robin Holloway, Kurt Schwertsik, Dominic Muldowney and Yehudi Wyner.
