On June 24 Gauthier Dance//Dance Company Theaterhaus Stuttgart premieres four new adaptations of the classic ballet Swan Lake by four forward-thinking choreographers in their new production SWAN LAKES at Theaterhaus Stuttgart.
Besides Marie Chouinard, Marco Goecke and Hofesh Shechter is Cayetano Soto, whose version Untitled for 7 Dancers is choreographed to a new Peter Gregson score of the same title for string ensemble and electronics.
In 2019, Gregson recorded the version used in SWAN LAKES at AIR Studios London with the Carducci Quartet and Daniel Pioro. The composer and cellist is known for his Recomposed by Peter Gregson: Bach - Cello Suites which was released at Deutsche Grammophone.
