The Hallé Orchestra present an unmissable Christmas double bill featuring The Snowman and Gaspard’s Christmas for 3 performances starting December 22.
The first half will feature Gaspard’s Christmas, a heartwarming festive adventure for Britain’s handsomest fox. Alongside an original score by Jonathan Dove played live and visuals on the big screen by award-winning illustrator James Mayhew, the story is narrated by the story’s author (and presenter of Classic FM’s Smooth Classics at 7) Zeb Soanes.
Raymond Brigg's infamous Christmas animation The Snowman takes the second half. The classic festive film will be accompanied by the Hallé's live performance of the magical score by Howard Blake.
It's an unforgettable Christmas double bill and a must for all the family. To find out more and get your tickets for Friday December 22 (4pm) or Saturday December 23 (11am or 1.30pm) visit the Hallé website here.
