There Will Be A Place, a new song by esteemed composer Rachel Portman will have its world premiere this saturday January 20. Celebrated soprano Lucy Crowe and pianist Anna Tilbrook will give the work its first performance at St Luke's Music Society, London.
The new song features text by American poet Dorothy Trogdon, and will be performed alongside songs by Richard Strauss, Fanny and Felix Mendelssohn and Clara and Robert Schumann.
