Hear the UK Premiere of Bryce Dessner’s Piano Concerto written especially for the “dazzling ….unstoppable” (The Guardian) Alice Sara Ott on February 15.
Ott gave the World Premiere in January to great acclaim with Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, as part of Dessner’s Creative Chair residence. This modern day power house duo are both Associate Artists at Southbank Centre and this is an event not to be missed. Elim Chan conducts the Philharmonia, who along with Southbank Centre co-commissioned the concerto.
